Coach - 37.5 Hours Per Week: Starting June 2024. (Salary £22.5k-£27.5k negotiable depending on experience).

We are looking for a Coach to join our award-winning team to help us expand our coaching team.

This role is available from June 2024.

You have no need to make sales or market your services, just concentrate on what you do best - Coaching - in a stable position with constant personal development and career progression.

We would ideally like to recruit an experienced coach to the team however that doesn't rule you out if you are newer to the industry - Wow us through the recruitment process and we will support your development in the role in-house.

We already have an exceptional team and we need someone equally superb to come on board and help us to execute our plan of growing Platform nationally over the next decade.

Although we do want someone experienced we are also more bothered about personality.

Platform IS NOT your typical gym, or typical workplace and we are not looking for a typical employee so do your best to show us that in your application.. anything goes.

There is enormous growth potential in the role with real career progression potentially moving in to Senior Coaching roles or Site Manager positions as we open more sites.

This is a full time role based on-site at our facility in Dukinfield, Tameside working on the rota with the rest of our coaching team.

You will be expected to fulfill coaching to an extremely high standard following Platform procedures for session delivery which we will coach you through.

You will be expected to help with covering shifts amongst the team to cover annual leave

You will be expected to support with member events, workshops and activities both outside of Platform and outside of the usual Rota
